Hey all. I created this fun workout to the tune of the 12 Days of Christmas. I really enjoying listening to Christmas music while I workout, so this is the perfect combination!! No equipment required and it can be repeated as many times as you like to get an even better workout.
On the first day of Christmas, my exercise will be:
A plank lasting for a minute.
On the second day of Christmas, my exercise will be:
2 Minute Run
and a plank lasting for a minute.
On the third day of Christmas, my exercise will be:
3 Burpees
2 Minute Run
and a plank lasting for a minute.
On the forth day of Christmas, my exercise will be:
4 Chair Dips
3 Burpees
2 Minute Run
and a plank lasting for a minute.
On the fifth day of Christmas, my exercise will be:
5 PUUUSSSHHH UPS
4 Chair Dips
3 Burpees
2 Minute Run
and a plank lasting for a minute.
On the sixth day of Christmas, my exercise will be:
6 Glute Kickbacks

This is a great full body workout that you can do anywhere! It is great for traveling.
For one time through, you do:
12 minutes of planks
22 minutes of jogging in place
30 burpees
36 chair dips
40 push ups
42 glute kickbacks (aka donkey kicks)
42 squats
40 mountain climbers
36 lunge jumps
30 mogul jumps
22 plie squats
and 12 High Knees
