After I took the puppy to the vet last night, we came home and the power went out. There is a lot of construction going on nearby, so we assume something went wrong at one of the sites. I lit tons of candles while we waited for Bobby to come home. He got home and after about half an hour of no power, we decided to make the best of it and head out to look at Christmas lights! As I have mentioned, I love all things Christmas and looking at lights is something I have done since I was a kid.
We had to go to Starbucks first because I have to bribe Bobby. Listening to Christmas music while driving around looking at lights is not his ideal Thursday night. Luckily, he loves me and White Chocolate Mochas so we headed out. While at Starbucks, I found the cutest ornament.

Off we go! Since this was an improptu outing, I didn't have a very good plan. We drove around aimlessly for a little bit and then I found a site that told me where all of the good lights are located in our area. Next time we go look at lights, I will have a better plan!! We headed over to one area that had a 3 block radius all lit up. The website said it was like turning down a magical lane. I was in! We turned and it was pretty awesome! Every house participates and the streets are lit up!
