Fall TV

Fall TV is back!  I'm a total tv junkie who loves ALL THINGS TV!!!  Here are a few of my favorite shows right now.

DRAMA

Blacklist-this show is at the top of my list right now.  The suspense and intrigue from every episode has me wanting more.  James Spader is fantastic as the criminal mastermind, Raymond Reddington, who teams up with the FBI to take down other major criminals.  I love that Blacklist is tied together as a series, but also could be watched as stand alone episodes.

Scandal-this show is so good!!  I think all women want to be Olivia Pope or at least dress like her.  She is a great mix of vulnerability and strength.  Pretty much all Shonda Rhimes shows are amazing.  I'm still on the Grey's Anatomy bandwagon...I don't think I will ever get off.  I also really like her new show, How To Get Away With Murder. I have only seen the first episode, so it just gets honorable mention.  :)

HALF HOUR COMEDIES
Black-ish -This is a refreshing comedy that throws back to TGIF nights.  Funny with some moral lessons.  I really enjoyed the first 2 episodes of this new series!!

The Goldbergs-Children of the 80s will relate to Adam Goldberg-youngest child of a typical family.  I find myself laughing because the show is hilarious and because it reminds me of something from my childhood.  They also have real life home movies from the shows creator at the end of each episode.

The League -If you play fantasy football, this is a must see!!  It is hilarious and keeps up with current players and what's actually happening in the NFL.  Now, so many players want to guest star too!  It is fun to see players off the field and the actors are great too!

REALITY SHOWS-I also watch a few of these.  Okay, a lot of these.  Most have been around for a long time.  Project Runway, Biggest Loser, and Top Chef are some of my faves that are back for fall.

What are you watching this fall??

  1. I LOVE Scandal. I've heard that How to get away with murder is excellent, so I'm going to watch that one tomorrow. And I've always watched Biggest Loser.
I watched the mysteries of Laura a couple times, and liked that show too.

    1. If you like Scandal, you will like How to Get Away with Murder too. Very cool concept, but you have to pay attention during the show...which I am terrible at doing! I haven't heard of Mysteries of Laura. I'll have to look it up. :)

  2. Dang it. I'm a TV addict in the winter too and now you've made me want to add 2 MORE shows to my list! - Blacklist and Scandal - Haven't watched either of those, but they sound good! My addictions are: Sons of Anarchy (which is in the last season), The Walking Dead, New Girl, Modern Family, Revenge, Parenthood, Private Practice (is that even still on actually??), The Middle, The Mindy Project (I just started watching this over the summer)...oh my gosh. I seriously have a problem.
