Friday Roundup

I left work a little early last night to enjoy the sun and 45 degree weather. Yes, I think 45 degrees is a heat wave after the winter we have had!! I took the pup out for a long walk with some running intermixed. He had a blast running around and burning off some energy.

After our walk, I headed to happy hour with the normal Thursday crew.  Yay for Stellas!!

Week Roundup:
Monday: Bike for 1 hour
Tuesday: Bike for 30 minutes + 15 minute HIIT workout (some of my minute cardio bursts were spend sprinting around the apartment chasing the puppy...he thought it was the best workout EVER!)
Wednesday:  Women's volleyball game
Thursday: 2.75 mile walk/run with the pup
Friday: Plan today is to do a long run.  The forecast is amazing!!

Day #3-#100HappyDays
I get my running buddy back today!  He is my neighbor and we haven't run together in awhile because of travel schedules and cold weather.  We will have lots to catch up on!!

Sunday: Salmon Patties for lunch and Pork Fried Rice for dinner.  Bonus-No Bake Cookies
Monday: Curried Chicken Salad
Tuesday: Crockpot Chicken Enchilada Wraps (chicken, black beans, onion, enchilada sauce in the crockpot-serve with tortillas and sour cream and cheese...easy and delicious)
Wednesday-English Muffin Pizzas-these are another fun and easy week night meal. 
Thursday-Pork Chops, mashed potatoes, veggies
Friday-tonight we are going out for sushi again. 

Weekend Plans:
Long run tonight before dinner reservations.  I'm going to be a hungry, hungry hippo at dinner!!  Then drinks and hanging out after. 
Saturday-Gym and boring stuff during the day and then we are going out for a friend's birthday tomorrow night.
Sunday-Church and lunch with Bobby's family.
