Happy Hump Dayee!  I am working from home today and then traveling to Texas tonight.  I'm so excited to see my family for a few days.  More good news, I played flag football last night and my ankle didn't bother me at all!!  I am not very good at flag, but no pain was fantastic.  I'll take it easy and bike again today, but I am feeling confident that I will be fine for the 5K race this weekend.  :)

Dinner last night-chicken, chipotle rice, and peas all mixed together in a bowl...not the prettiest meal, but definitely Delicious!

Watermelon for dessert...Run, Eat, Repeat would be proud!
