Today is Day 10 of the Advocare 24 Day Challenge, which means no more fiber drink. Yay!!
I do love my new shaker cup though.
Favorite-I have loved my workouts this week:
Sunday-volleyball scrimmage against really good teams. It was really fun to play some exciting volleyball in a really hot gym.
Monday-3 mile run + 2.5 mile walk with the pup
Tuesday-2 hour flag football practice. I went and got some new receiver gloves to up my game!!
Wednesday-volleyball practice + volleyball game
Thursday-45 minute bike ride + this workout from Pinterest.
Saturday-long run (8-10 miles depending on how I feel)
Sunday-rest day and driving range-gotta work on my golf game
New this week:
I went to the chiropractor yesterday for the first time ever!! I knew my back was messed up, but I didn't know how much an adjustment would help.
I feel great! Going back today for follow up to make sure I'm still aligned before my long run. My hips feel better and the random shooting pains have stopped. I'm excited to see how it affects my running.
Looking forward to:
-I'm most looking forward to seeing my cleanse results tomorrow.
-Hitting the farmers market
-Park time with the pup
-Cookout for Mother's Day
