Friday dinner was a new recipe. I made red beans and rice with chicken sausage.
It was so easy. Spicy and yummy!!
I went for my scheduled long (ish) run on Saturday. It was cold, so I hit the treadmill. After the run, I headed to meet friends for snow tubing.
Then we went to a local place for dinner to celebrate my friend's birthday. I had risotto with basil, cherry tomatoes and shrimp.
I had a lazy Sunday followed by a fun Super Bowl Party. I made black bean salsa.
Such an exciting game!
Who did you cheer for in the Super Bowl?
Did you have a favorite commercial? I really liked the one with Chelsea Handler and the Budweiser puppy commercial.
Although we didn't watch the Super Bowl live, we did watch our recording of it (we started watching about two hours after the game started).

I hope you enjoyed your family ski day instead of the Super Bowl. It is nice that you still go to watch. It was a great game and there were some cute commercials!

I've never been snow tubing, but it looks like a blast!! I cheered for the Seahawks. I watched the game on my computer, so I didn't get to see any commercials. I need to find them online somewhere. Although I heard they weren't very good this year...?
