I know that there is still snow on the ground in lots of cities (including mine). I decided that I am going to will it to be Spring!! I created this fun Spring Into Action workout. It is a very versatile workout that can be done anywhere-inside or outside (weather permitting). It is a fun mix of running or walking and body weight exercises.
I hope you will try it out and help me bring back Spring!! It would be great to do while traveling or just around your neighborhood while enjoying some warmer weather.
